Job summary

Lumenis in the United States is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own and grow a high-impact territory in the Aesthetics market, selling capital equipment through physicians and practice owners.

You will drive a strategic plan, manage complex sales cycles, and partner with regional leadership to forecast and close opportunities while traveling about 50% in-territory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: build and execute a strategic territory plan to grow revenue and expand markets.
• Own the Sales Process: manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting to close with accurate forecasting.
• Build Customer Partnerships: develop relationships with physicians and key decision-makers to drive business growth.
