Job summary

Lumenis is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead a high-impact territory in aesthetics. You will drive growth, own the sales process from prospecting to close, and build trusted physician relationships to position Lumenis solutions as strategic investments.

The role requires strong pipeline development, cross-functional collaboration, and significant travel. Applicants should have a proven track record in B2B medical device sales and quota achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving quota.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Own the Sales Process: Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting through close, with forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.
• Build Customer Partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with physicians and decision-makers, deliver consultative presentations and demos.
