Job summary

Lumenis, a global leader in energy-based medical technologies, seeks an Area Sales Manager to own a high-impact aesthetics territory and grow revenue through strategic prospecting, new business, and expanding existing accounts.

The role demands strong consultative selling skills, multi-decision-maker navigation, and a 50% travel commitment. You will partner with physicians and clinicians to position Lumenis solutions as strategic investments, driving practice growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of outside B2B or capital medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building with multi-decision-maker cycles.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Own the Sales Process: manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting to close with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build Customer Partnerships & Stay Connected: develop trusted relationships with physicians and decision-makers, deliver consultative presentations and demos, and represent Lumenis at events.
• This position requires approximately 50% travel within the territory and occasional domestic travel.
