Job summary

Lumenis is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-impact territory in the Aesthetics market. You will drive capital equipment sales, expand existing relationships, and develop new business while partnering with physicians and clinical teams to position Lumenis solutions as strategic investments.

This role requires approximately 50% travel within the territory and occasional domestic travel for meetings, training, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota.
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business across the territory.
• Own the sales process from prospecting through close with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians and key decision-makers; deliver consultative presentations and demos.
