Job summary

Lumenis, a global pioneer in energy-based medical technologies, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own and grow a high-impact territory in the Aesthetics market. You will drive capital equipment sales, expand relationships with physicians, practice owners, and clinical teams, and close complex deals through consultative selling.

This hunter-focused role requires strong pipeline development, CRM forecasting, and travel about 50% within the territory, with close collaboration to meet aggressive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue growth and market expansion.
• Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Develop trusted relationships with physicians and key decision-makers.
• Deliver consultative presentations and demos; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
