Job summary

Lumenis is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive capital equipment sales and expand relationships across the Aesthetics market. You will prospect, develop, and close opportunities while partnering with physicians and clinical teams to position Lumenis solutions as strategic investments that grow practices and improve patient outcomes.

The role requires approximately 50% travel within the territory and occasional domestic travel for meetings, training, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by building and executing a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Own the sales process from prospecting through close, maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.
• Build customer partnerships and stay connected with physicians and decision-makers, delivering consultative presentations and demos.
