Job summary

Lumenis is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead a high-impact territory in the Aesthetics market. You will drive capital equipment sales, expand relationships with physicians and med spas, and manage complex sale cycles.

You will forecast accurately in Salesforce, partner with regional leadership on growth strategies, and travel about 50% of the time to nurture customer partnerships and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to physicians, practice owners, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth and market expansion by prospecting, developing, and closing new business within aesthetics.
• Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting to close with accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians and key decision-makers, deliver consultative presentations, and travel with territory responsibilities.
