Job summary

Lumenis, a leader in energy-based medical technologies for aesthetics and ophthalmology, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own and grow a high-impact territory in the U.S. You will drive capital equipment sales, expand relationships with physicians, practice owners, and clinical teams, and position Lumenis solutions as strategic investments.

This hunter-focused role requires 50% travel within the territory and occasional domestic travel for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills with experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic territory growth and revenue by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting through close with accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians and key decision-makers, deliver consultative presentations and demos, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
