Lumenis in the United States seeks a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead a high-impact aesthetics territory. You will drive capital equipment sales, expand existing accounts, and develop new business with physicians, practice owners, and clinical teams.

This hunter-style role requires strong pipeline development, consultative selling, and the ability to close complex cycles across multiple decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside B2B or capital medical device sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to multiple decision-makers with long sales cycles.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding accounts.
• Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting to close with accurate forecasting.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians and practice leaders, deliver consultative presentations and demos.
