LensCrafters is hiring a Team Lead in a full-time retail role. You will deliver exceptional customer service, lead the team, manage key optical and lab processes, and ensure store success with accurate product knowledge.

Role requires HS diploma, strong optical/retail experience, leadership, and solid communication skills. Lab duties include fittings and maintaining lab equipment as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Proactive & solution driven, accurate execution & product knowledge.
• Assists customers with selections, provides recommendations, assists sales associates.
• Serves as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• If in Lab, assist with custom fits, ensure optical standards, and maintain lab tools & systems.
