Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a full-time Team Lead to drive outstanding customer service and support store operations. You will guide optical and lab processes, assist customers with selections, and share product knowledge to ensure a high quality experience for patients and customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on involvement in lens fitting, store procedures, and safety. Prior optical retail experience is highly valued, with competitive bonus potential and employee

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of optical theory & merchandise helpful.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Leadership and training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and patients.
• Assist in store operations and optical/lab processes to achieve goals.
• Assist customers with selections and recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted store lead and administrator for daily tasks.
• Ensure accuracy in prescription fitting and lens placement.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and preventative maintenance.
