LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service, manage key optical and lab processes, and support continued store success. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and accurate product knowledge in a high-volume retail environment.

The candidate should have HS diploma/GED and strong optical/retail experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork within LensCrafters stores.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge and optical measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Demonstrate proactive, solution-focused approach and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, support sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab, if applicable, support glasses edging and lens fitting; maintain lab tools and safety.
