LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service, manage optical and lab processes, and support store success in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate holds a current state Opticianry license, a HS diploma, and strong optical knowledge, along with leadership experience, mentoring skills, and proficiency with edging and mounting. Join a team committed to quality care and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging, mounting, and optical measurement experience.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Provide product knowledge and assist sales associates.
• Assist customers with selections and recommendations.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• If licensed, perform lens selections based on prescriptions and adjust eyewear.
