LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Team Lead to deliver outstanding customer service and drive store performance. You will guide sales associates, support key optical and lab processes, and ensure compliance with optical standards.

The role requires HS diploma or GED, strong optical and retail experience, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will educate staff, resolve customer needs, and uphold safety and quality in eyewear.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with edging and mounting.
• Familiar with cash registers and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service and assist customers with selections.
• Serve as an alternate store key holder and support store operations.
• Assist in lab duties: edge, mount, and verify prescription accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and patient requirements.
