Job summary

EssilorLuxottica USA is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead our Fort Myers practice, ensuring premier eyecare and excellent patient experiences. You will guide operations, supervise staff, and drive profitability while maintaining outstanding service standards.

The role requires 4+ years of management experience in eyewear/healthcare, strong financial skills, and the ability to recruit and develop a high-performance team across weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience in eyecare/healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of delivering results and growth.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Familiarity with POS and patient record systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice operations and establish premier patient care and workflow efficiency.
• Coach and develop team to deliver unsurpassed patient experiences, every time.
• Recruit and create a talent pipeline for succession.
• Monitor operations and provide on-the-job training per Company policy.
• Analyze financial data and recommend steps to improve profitability.
• Control store profits and expenses, including insurance claim accuracy and labor costs.
• Manage staffing to align with hours of operation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and implement process improvements.
• Drive adoption of new technology and processes across the practice.
