EssilorLuxottica Metro Optics Westchester Square in New York seeks a full-time Practice Manager to lead the local eyecare operation. You will partner with doctors to deliver premium patient care, coach staff, and optimize daily workflows while controlling costs and maximizing profitability.

The role requires 4+ years of management experience in eyecare or healthcare, an active optical license, and strong business acumen. Weekend/evening hours and a commitment to excellent service are expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with management experience in eyecare/healthcare.
• Active state optical licensure; must maintain license.
• Track record of delivering growth and results.
• Strong business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Familiarity with POS and patient records software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local practice and marketplace to establish the premier destination for vision care.
• Coach and develop team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Recruit and develop high-caliber talent for succession.
• Monitor operations and provide on-the-job training.
• Analyze financial data and optimize profitability.
• Control store profits and expenses, including claims accuracy and labor.
