Target Optical, a part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will set expectations, coach Team Members, manage schedules, payroll, performance reviews, and partner with doctors to grow the business while maintaining brand standards.

You will recruit, develop talent, and drive results in a dynamic retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in customer service and retail roles.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive for results.
• Strong selling skills and ability to influence others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Team Members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Set clear expectations and ensure store readiness and brand standards.
• Develop action plans with team members and coach performance.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and new hire paperwork weekly.
• Build professional relationships with doctors for collaborative eye exams.
• Recruit top talent and maintain a productive staffing bench.
• Conduct monthly coaching conversations and annual performance reviews.
