Job summary

Eye Boutique (part of EssilorLuxottica) is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager to lead our Geneva, IL practice. This role partners with doctors to deliver premium eyecare, coaches staff for top customer experiences, and oversees daily operations to maximize profitability.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of management experience in healthcare/eyecare, strong financial acumen, and familiarity with POS and patient records systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of management/supervisory experience, preferably in eyecare/healthcare.
• Proven track record of delivering results and growth.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with doctors to ensure high patient care and workflow efficiency.
• Leads team performance, coaching, and development for best patient experiences.
• Recruits and builds a talent pipeline for succession.
• Monitors practice operations and provides on-the-job training.
• Analyzes financial data and makes recommendations to optimize profitability.
• Manages store profits and expenses, including labor and inventory.
