The successful candidate will maintain licensure, oversee staff, leverage technology, and ensure compliance with vision care standards while cultivating long-term patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding of sound business management practices.
