Responsibilities

• Oversee eye-care practice operations and policies.
• Lead team to improve patient journey and increase revenue.
• Schedule staff and manage patient flow.
• Provide training and development through 1-on-1 discussions.
• Handle admin tasks including cash, payroll, inventory.
• Collaborate with support center across departments.
• Host daily huddles and weekly team meetings.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
