Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, patient flow, coaching for excellence, and coordinating with department leads to deploy resources effectively. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Experience running operations of a site, preferably in healthcare or related patient care services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and capable of data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and improvement to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Lead daily huddles and weekly team meetings to review performance and culture.
• Develop staff schedules and patient flow, ensuring optimal site operations.
• Coach and develop team members through regular one-on-one meetings.
• Oversee administrative duties including cash handling, payroll, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with center leads to allocate resources effectively.
