Job summary

Total Vision LLC in San Francisco is seeking a site operations professional to manage the eye-care practice operations, ensuring quality, compliance and efficient workflows while supporting revenue growth.

You will lead a 4+ person team, optimize patient flow, train staff, run daily huddles, and collaborate with finance, marketing and training to deliver an exceptional patient experience and robust performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with running operations of a site, preferably in healthcare or related patient care services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong EQ to manage doctor and employee relations.
• Direct patient care experience; optician license or optical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and improvement to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Transfer knowledge to improve sales and business results in eye-care practice.
• Lead initiatives to increase revenue, efficiency, and reduce expenses.
• Host daily huddles and weekly team meetings.
• Develop staff schedules and patient flow; supervise 4+ employees.
