Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator in Ohio to manage front desk operations, check-in/out, and patient communications. You’ll learn insurance basics and support appointment confirmations, contributing to a best-in-class patient experience.

No optical experience? Training and tools will be provided. Weekend/evening shifts may be required. Reports to the Office General Manager, joining a collaborative team in a busy vision care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities under pressure.
• Friendly, patient-centric approach and team collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk check-in/out for patients and coordinate scheduling.
• Verify insurance options and educate patients during check-in/out.
• Confirm appointments and reach out to patients as needed.
• Handle multiple phone lines, greet walk-ins, and assist staff as needed.
