MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our front desk team, guiding patients through check-in and check-out with a warm, personalized approach. No optical experience required—training and tools will be provided to learn vision care and insurance basics.

You will handle check-in/out, verify insurance options, confirm appointments, answer calls, greet walk-ins, and support office staff. Weekend/evening shifts may be required as part of a high-volume, patient-focused environment.

• Experience in a front desk, reception or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks.

Mansioni

• Provide patients with a personalized check-in/check-out experience.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options at check-in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach in coordination with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments, and support office staff.
• Cross-train to other office roles (Eyewear Consultant, Optometric Technician) as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
