Job summary

MyEyeDr. is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator to manage the front desk during check-in and check-out, delivering personalized patient experiences. Training will be provided for those new to optics, with some weekend and evening shifts required.

You will verify insurance options at check-in, assist with appointment confirmations, and support office staff to ensure friendly, efficient service for every patient encounter.

Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role with administrative duties.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; friendly, patient-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized check-in/out experiences for patients.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options during check-in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, schedule appointments, and assist staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
