MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk duties, check-in/out, and patient communications. Training will be provided to learn the vision care industry and ensure a best-in-class patient experience.

Some weekend and evening shifts are required, with a focus on assisting office staff and collaborating with doctors to deliver quality care. The role emphasizes personalized service, insurance verification education, and seamless appointment management within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, reception, or customer-facing administrative duties.
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks under pressure with excellent service.
• Flexible, agile, and able to wear multiple hats.
• Friendly, patient-centric team player with strong communication.
• Proficient computer skills and professional problem-solving.
• Weekend and evening availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check-in/out experience that is timely and seamless.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options at check-in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet walk-ins, schedule appointments, and support office staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office roles such as Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed.
