Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial services or payment solutions
• Must obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position
• Demonstrated ability to conduct business via virtual methods including interpersonal communication, negotiation, proactive client contact
• Strong knowledge of financial solutions and sales processes for the business segment
• Excellent time management and ability to manage a large pipeline of deals in various stages
• Self-starter with ability to work without close supervision

• Mentors junior consultants and leads with product knowledge and strategies
• Meets clients virtually to assess needs, review financial practices, and recommend solutions
• Coordinates fulfillment and referrals to product experts as required
• Manages complex servicing issues leveraging internal Truist resources
