Truist is seeking a senior-level sales consultant focused on Payments Solutions for a commercial client base, including Community Bank, Business Connect, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of financial services sales experience, and a CTP within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination.
• 5 years of sales experience in financial services or payment solutions.
• Must obtain CTP within 12 months of entering position.
• Ability to conduct business virtually with strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, proactive client contact, building rapport, and presenting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial solutions and the sales process across the target business segment.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage a large pipeline of deals.
• Self-starter capable of productive work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives client opportunities to exceed revenue and portfolio growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning.
• Manages a large portfolio of clients with complex payments needs and working capital concepts.
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new acquisition opportunities.
• Consults on working capital services including receivables, payables, liquidity solutions.
• Escalates issues and risks to leadership as needed.
• Meets with clients virtually to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Mentors junior consultants.
