Job summary

Truist in Miami, FL seeks a seasoned Payments Solutions Sales Consultant to drive consultative sales of cash flow and working capital solutions for large client groups across Commercial Community Bank and Wealth Management.

You will partner with bankers, craft relationship plans, and manage a broad client portfolio with a focus on revenue growth and risk-aware strategies, while mentoring peers and adhering to Truist policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience in financial services or payment solutions.
• Must obtain CTP within 12 months of entering position.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct business virtually with strong interpersonal skills and client needs analysis.
• Knowledge of financial services sales processes and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and develop partnerships to drive revenue and portfolio growth for assigned clients.
• Foster relationships with bankers and product partners to identify opportunities.
• Independently manage a large portfolio of clients with complex payments needs and working capital concepts.
• Lead detailed relationship plans to retain and acquire clients.
• Consult on working capital services and liquidity solutions and coordinate referrals to product experts.
• Report accurately on sales activities and revenue progress.
