Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 3 years of sales experience in financial services or payment solutions
• Demonstrated ability to conduct business via virtual methods including interpersonal communication, negotiation, proactive client contact, building rapport, and presenting solutions
• Strong knowledge of how a business operates and the financial solutions needed by the target segments
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to manage a large deal pipeline
• Self-starter with the ability to work productively without close supervision

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives client opportunities to achieve revenue and portfolio growth for assigned client portfolio
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning
• Manages a portfolio of clients with payments needs and knowledge of working capital concepts
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and acquisition opportunities
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables, reporting and liquidity solutions
• Escalates issues and risks to leadership when needed
• Consults with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings to assess needs and propose solutions
• Reports sales progress and revenue accurately
• Leads with product knowledge and best-in-class strategies
• Meets clients virtually to review financial practices and propose solutions
• Coordinates fulfillment and referrals to product experts
• Resolves complex servicing issues leveraging Truist resources
• Meets performance revenue goals
