Takeda is seeking a Specialty Business Manager for the Denver N territory within the Gastroenterology Specialty Sales Team. You will drive product demand in physician offices, clinics and hospital accounts, using consultative selling to share complex information and influence therapeutic decisions.

Responsibilities include researching HCPs, discussing patient needs, coordinating with partners, and pursuing ongoing professional development while adhering to regulations and Takeda standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required (BS/BA).
• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device or 2+ years at Takeda.
• Ability to discuss therapeutic strategies to inform and influence decision makers.
• Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Research prospective Health Care Professionals to identify stakeholders for presenting complex clinical and business information.
• Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach HCPs about their industry and Takeda solutions.
• Engage in clinical discussions with HCPs to discuss patient needs and maximize sales growth within geography.
• Collaborate with partners on routing and resource utilization to maximize footprint performance.
• Strategically plan and solve deal-level challenges; attend all company-sponsored meetings.
• Pursue ongoing learning on sales and product knowledge; maintain high ethical standards.
