You will research HCPs, discuss therapeutic strategies, and collaborate with partners to maximize sales growth in this geography, while upholding high ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of successful selling in pharma/biotech or related field; or 2+ years at Takeda.
• Ability to discuss therapeutic strategies to inform and influence decision makers.
• Ability to develop and apply clinical and business expertise, and effective selling skills.
• Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills.
• Resident near to assigned geography.

Aufgaben

• Research prospective HCPs to identify stakeholders for presenting complex clinical and business information.
• Use insight and consultative selling to educate HCPs about industry and Takeda solutions.
• Engage in clinical discussions with HCPs to address patients' needs and maximize sales growth in the territory.
• Collaborate with partners to optimize routing and resource utilization.
• Strategically plan to solve deal-level challenges.
• Attend company sales/medical meetings as directed.
