Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in generating new loans, deposits, and treasury business for the SMB line.
• Review applications and documentation to understand client financial situations.
• Manage relationships with small business clients and provide ongoing service.
• Advise borrowers on products including deposits, loans, credit cards, and treasury services.
• Cross-sell to expand client relationships across bank departments and vendors.
• Facilitate online meetings with clients and internal partners to deepen cross-selling.
• Participate in community activities to promote bank products and CRA objectives.
• Educate borrowers on business line processes and expectations.
