• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission, engaging customers with professionalism and solutions.
• Educate customers on bank products and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Present a confident and professional demeanor to establish trust and identify customer needs.
• Meet with customers to assess needs; open new accounts and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Meet service quality standards and participate in referrals and coaching of staff.
• Perform transactions efficiently, balance cash drawer, and operate teller equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller and manage currency and coin orders within limits.
• Engage in CRA initiatives and community events; ensure compliance with policies.
