Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution, lead management, and cross selling.
• Deliver outstanding service aligned with the bank's mission, engaging customers professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and educate customers on solutions.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking; balance cash drawer and process transactions.
• Serve as Vault Teller, manage currency/coin orders within limits.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives; ensure regulatory compliance.
