• Grow existing relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution, lead management, and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission, with friendly, professional, solution-oriented service.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services, educating customers and cross-selling to meet needs.
• Present a confident, professional demeanor to build trust and identify customer needs for financial solutions.
• Meet with customers for financial needs assessments, open accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loans.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Meet service standards, lead the sales referral process, and coach branch staff on customer needs.
• Process transactions efficiently, balance cash drawer, and use teller equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller, manage currency/coin orders and distribution.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
• Report unusual customer activity and stay compliant with regulations.
• Adhere to code of conduct and all bank policies.
