Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through consistent sales execution, lead management, and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission with professional and solution-oriented service.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and educate customers, cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Present a confident, professional demeanor to establish trust and identify customer needs.
• Meet with customers for financial needs assessments, open accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities and financial solutions.
• Meet service quality standards and participate in the sales referral process, mentoring staff.
• Perform transactions efficiently, balance cash drawer, and use tellers' equipment.
• Manage currency and coin orders as Vault Teller and distribute to tellers within limits.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives; report significant issues to management.
• Adhere to conduct codes and all bank policies and procedures.
