Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of branch performance, including sales growth, profitability and customer experience.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery to all clients in a consumer-focused branch.
• Coach and develop branch team to hit sales targets and service goals.
• Monitor sales engagements and ensure quality customer consultations and lead management through Salesforce.
• Oversee staffing: recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, performance reviews and coaching.
• Identify, escalate and address potential risks to protect customers and the bank.
• Foster a positive, high-performing branch culture aligned with Valley Bank values.
• Develop market intelligence and tailor sales strategies to increase market share.
