The role emphasizes solution selling, rapid learning of Paychex product offerings, and travel as needed for partner visits and trainings. Strong English skills and sales experience are valued.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/marketing.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• CRM/Salesforce familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve unit and revenue expectations.
• Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with new prospects via calls, emails, and campaigns.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders to increase revenue and market share.
• Maintain knowledge of Paychex offerings and industry trends to optimize sales results.
