Job summary

Paychex is seeking a results-driven sales/marketing professional to consult virtually with America’s businesses, educate stakeholders on Paychex services, and help expand market share. This role emphasizes education, solution selling, and revenue growth in a remote setting.

You will prospect via phone, mail, and digital campaigns, conduct meetings, present payroll solutions to decision makers, and work toward achieving unit and revenue goals while growing product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/marketing.
• Experience in prospecting, presentations, and sales management
• Familiarity with Salesforce and go-to-market strategies

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using phone, mail and local marketing programs.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with new prospects via calls, emails and campaigns.
• Present Paychex payroll products to final decision makers and users.
• Complete new business paperwork and weekly activity reports for forecasting.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate Paychex solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Paychex offerings and industry trends.
• Resolve customer issues through appropriate channels to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve unit and revenue expectations.
