Qualifications

• Experience in selling roofing or exterior home improvement products.
• Proven track record as a closer.
• Comfortable working with warm leads and virtual sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and common office software.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
