Medium is seeking an experienced sales professional to re-engage warm homeowner leads and close deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

As a Customer Experience Representative you will educate homeowners, build trust, and pursue revenue targets with a clear career path and daily coaching.

Qualifications

• Proven closer with history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in roofing or exterior home improvement sales preferred.
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor for roofing and exterior solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
