Job summary

Medium is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to re-engage warm leads and close roofing and exterior home improvement deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll focus on turning warm leads into satisfied, long-term customers and contribute to revenue growth with coaching and daily development. This role emphasizes relationship-building, problem solving, and ongoing product knowledge to succeed.

Qualifications

• Proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in roofing or exterior home improvement sales preferred.
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech‑savvy with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
