Job summary

LB Capital is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to re-engage warm leads and convert them into long-term customers. You will educate homeowners, close deals virtually, and contribute to revenue growth in a supportive environment.

A proven closer with roofing or exterior sales background is preferred, and success is rewarded with coaching and advancement opportunities. The role emphasizes a family-like culture, daily coaching, and empowerment, with compensation comprising base salary

Qualifications

• Proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in roofing or exterior home improvement sales preferred.
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
