Job description

Keep incoming calls and messages moving to the right people. Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring. Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided. Pay: $18.25-$19.25 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

A clear phone manner and accurate message-taking. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.

Benefits and schedule

• Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays.
