Job summary

Turf Casa is hiring for a remote support role based in the United States. The position coordinates with on-site fulfillment teams from our Lakeway, Texas office, but does not involve physical warehouse work. Full-time is preferred; part-time may be considered. Entry-level applicants are welcome and paid training is provided.

Pay ranges from $20.50 to $24.75 per hour, with starting pay based on skills and experience. Eligible for PTO, holidays and other benefits as per company policy.

Support the team with organized records, documents and remote coordination.

Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $20.50-$24.75 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

What you will do

• Collect information from fulfillment teams and route operational requests to the right owner.

What will help you succeed

Comfort with everyday office software and organizing information. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.
