Job summary

Hazel Health is hiring a part-time, virtual therapist to support K–12 students with evidence-based mental health care. This role collaborates with families, school staff, and care teams to deliver compassionate care through telehealth.

As a W-2 Hazel clinician, you will receive administrative support and a steady stream of referrals while we handle billing and credentialing, enabling you to focus on delivering meaningful care to students across Georgia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to high-quality pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk following safety protocols.
