Hazel Health is seeking clinicians to provide focused pediatric mental health care through a virtual, part-time role designed to fit alongside existing practice.

We handle referrals, billing, credentialing, and administrative tasks, while you deliver evidence-based therapy to students and collaborate with families and school teams. This flexible position offers W-2 employment and steady referrals.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children/adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to high-quality pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
