Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking a part-time, remote clinician to provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and care teams, while maintaining thorough documentation and following safety protocols.

As a W-2 Hazel clinician, you’ll receive administrative support, referrals, and a flexible schedule that fits alongside your existing clinical work. Zone 2 compensation applies, with session rates and additional non-session pay.

Qualifications

• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to high-quality pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students.
• Complete assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
