Job summary

One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team (VMT) delivers round-the-clock, evidence-based virtual care to patients nationwide from a fully virtual setting. The role centers on treating patients through telehealth visits, triage calls, and timely follow-ups while collaborating with both virtual and in-person teammates.

Candidates must hold an accredited FNP program with national certification and be licensed in DC/MD/VA/FL, with weekend shifts and varied start times.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+).

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually.
